  I recently had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and had an excellent experience. The service team was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. They got my car in quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was completed in a timely manner. It’s hard to find a dealership that truly values customer service, but this team definitely does. My vehicle is running great, and I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!

  I worked with Eric, the man knows, very informative, cordial takes his time to explain everything a true gentleman and a technical source of the first order! Eric makes the experience very positive! An exceptional individual. I would also like to compliment the lady who greeted me and directed me and the mechanic who checked out and performed Maintenance on my vehical he put together the video of his work and inspection that I never seen done before! Well done Team and thanks!!!!

  I bought my car five years ago from a different dealership in Lincolnwood and have been receiving services from there even from Napleton in Indiana here close to where i live in lynwood but nothing compared to the type of treatment I received from you guys. The impeccable welcome, the respect, the cordial and courtesy, the hospitality was above and beyond anything I have ever experienced as a first time customer. The ambience, the environment, I was fed and all types of refreshment was made available. It was an experience that I will never forget, especially to treat others the same way. I will now be using this location from here on. Steve the agent took very good care of me, very respectful in handling the issues I came in with concerning my car. I am forever grateful that I drove in there that day. It was overall a wonderful experience. Thanks again.!!!

  Smart car owner to find that taking my car to Mercedes-Benz Of Orland Park wasn't very smart of me. After having my car 1 day short of a week. Absolutely nothing was done. Including a close to $1500 brake pad change. Communication was terrible. If I didn't call "Steve" who took in our car I wouldn't have found out any updates. The entire week was filled with wondering if they were taking my car service seriously since it was only a smart car. Walking in to drop off the car I was met with numerous sales reps that were available when trying to initially call and get an appointment it was hard to get an answer. Particular about how they fulfilled the extended warranty i had on my car, Mercedes-Benz Of Orland Park Service wouldn't do the service for the price the extended warranty cover would pay. So guess who would have the extra to cover... me the customer. Some may see this as a win, I see it as a money hungry service department. Totally not a shining gold start service vendor here. This makes Mercedes-Benz ownership a non-starter ever for me. Hope this review saves others from the money hungry franchise.

  What started off with me just stopping by the dealership just to physically see what I was going to purchase online turned into me purchasing the perfect Vehicle right then & there! I had been looking online for a new car and I realized I had no real idea what these cars looked like in real life.. So I stopped in my local dealership, and Ameer was the first person to greet me. He not only educated me on the difference in the vehicles that I was trying to decide between, but he also found a perfect match for me Through one of their partners. He did not try to upsell me on a super expensive vehicle. He kept me right where I wanted it to be. I was Approved for my vehicle in under 10 minutes. The process was so fast and I came back the next morning to pick it up. It was shiny and bowed up ready to go! This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I absolutely LOVE my new car and I know that I made a great decision. Thank you to Ameer again for his honesty, professionalism, knowledge of the vehicles & his very fast yet Efficient pace. I must say his work ethic is top-tier! I would definitely be coming back to see him in a few years! Also, thank you to George, Who got me approved for the vehicle. He gave me some very encouraging words after approving me. I appreciate it so much, his words also reassured me that I was making a great financial decision. 🖤 Thank You Ameer! Thank You George!
