  Easily ranks as the best exchange in purchasing a “new” pre owned Mercedes. Greg, George and their team made our experience seamless…from our trade to new ownership: they let us navigate the experience and decision making. I’ve never experienced a purchase like that. The car we purchased is flawless and the process stress free. Thank you.

  Our visit to Mercedes of Orland was absolutely horrific and disappointing!!! Steve in service was non responsive and border line disrespectful. Our vehicle was held captive for 4 days needing only a battery!!! Upon arriving we were met with a very pleasant cashier who presented us with our $800 invoice. We immediately reviewed the bill and observed he never deducted the amount covered under our warranty. We asked the cashier to page Steve and was informed that he was still at lunch. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked him to be paged again. After a short time, I heard a male voice call my name. As I approached I took notice that the same male was not wearing a name tag like the other employees so i inquired if he was Steve. He replied “yeah” then asked what could he do for me. I inquired as to why the credit had not been applied to the bill. When asked he said he wasn’t aware we had coverage which was a lie!!! We’d left multiple VM during the 6 days in custody of the car not to mention the car had been towed by the same warranty company to the dealer. In addition to, notifying Eddie, Heidi, and Kim of the warranty. I digress- Steve then proceeded to tell us we should’ve told him because to call the warranty company would take hours and he was busy. (Doing nothing) 30 mins later he returns to say how he sat on the phone the entire time and was told the repair would not be covered due to miles not being obtained (ok). We pay and exit the dealership drive 100 ft and maintenance light and tire lights come on, really!!! We immediately returned to the dealership and spoke with Joe who was understanding and accommodating of not only our vehicle but our time. We have lost all respect for Orland Mercedes with the behavior of Steve . Steve ‘s lack of communication, customer service and tone ranks a huge 0!!! Joe in service ranks 5 ⭐️ The Cashier who assisted us ranks 5⭐️ The funny thing with all of this is the tire light is still on and we have to return the car for another 3 hour tour 🛥️🛥️

  We had a very good buying experience at Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. Dyrail Brown was an excellent salesman. He was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. The deal went very smoothly and there were no high pressure tactics- everything was straight forward and above board. I am very satisfied with the entire process and love my new (pre-owned) C300 convertible. If you’re in the market for a car, definitely stop by and talk to Dyrail - he’ll treat you right.

  We were traveling in our sprinter RV and check engine light came on. They took us right in. We did have to get hotel for the night so they could fix the issue. In addition this is the BEST mercedes dealer I’ve ever experienced, due to their kitchen. While we were originally waiting they cooked us breakfast sandwiches. Then lunch etc. Very very nice touch. The only issue I had was they delivered the van to us and didn’t lock down our drawers and turned corner to hard and some things came out of their areas. But I’m sure it was due to inexperience w the RV. All in all was good experience.
