- OSOswaldo Solis3 days ago1.0Just came out from brand new tires to a flat tire .... Def not good. They tried to say that, that flat tire was out of alignment ... I can see why now.... should have seen it on the dash guys.

From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch, and Assistant Manager Virnater Maclin went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Virnater was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout our entire experience. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all of our questions, and was genuinely focused on making sure we were comfortable with our purchase. One thing that really stood out to me was being able to go into the back with the mechanics and actually see the work being done on my car. I truly appreciated that transparency! Being able to see what was happening firsthand gave me an even greater level of confidence in the service we were receiving. The entire team made us feel welcomed and valued, but Virnater definitely deserves recognition for her outstanding customer service. She made what could have been a stressful car-service experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable. If you're looking for great customer service, transparency, knowledgeable staff, and people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend checking out Belle Tire in Orland Park. They also are great at checking for any problems with cars. They are really great with customer service and they've been helpful when I've had a few car issues come up.

Just kidding but still Elijah came outside to walk me over and actually filled my air for me and the crazy part is the dude was off work I think. I know I got to get my tire fixed so I'm coming back here to get it done and the worst part is I won't even get to have him as a sales associate because he's going on vacation but he recommended his spot and said anybody else would treat me like this.
