  Beware when booking a rental here! My husband booked a rental about a week ago. Booked it in the morning to be picked up that evening. Called on our way there because we were stuck in traffic and would be arriving right before closing. They said no problem. They called back when we were down the street saying sorry they do not have any cars! No idea how they had our reservation and decided at the last minute they had no cars. But they screwed us. It was too late to find another car anywhere that night. My husband and I got to instead decide which one of was calling off work thr next day. Would NEVER reserve a car with them again since they are obvious not reliable.

  The process to return was very fast and easy. Kylie helped us out and was super kind and professional. One of the workers even offered my rescue black lab some water I didn’t catch his name unfortunately but he will know who he was, as it was extremely hot while we were waiting for the uber to pick us up.
