  Had work done for one of our vehicles so we picked Enterprise. Was treated with respect and taken care of efficiently. The shuttle bus to and from the dealership was super clutch. Ryan took care of me and was very knowledgeable. Including All the staff who was also friendly and attentive.

  The customer service at the location is great and friendly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I made the reservation 5 weeks in advanced for a premium suv. On the day of the reservation I was called and told there were no premium SUVs available and that I would be getting a minivan. Luckily after several calls back and forth, the representative was able to find a SUV but it was damaged, which didn't bother me. It wasn't the agents fault they didn't have the SUV but with a 5 week time, Enterprise should have been able to have the vehicle ready.

  I enjoyed the prompt service and assistance they all gave in making sure I had a rental. I want to really give a big Thank You to Brandon and Jack for making sure in my little emergency that a car was available when I came back to finish paperwork! I love the fast pace of getting everything together and I will definitely be back to rent again!!!!

  Cars available are damaged and really look they’ve been through a lot. I asked for a full size and was offered a compact at the location and the only other option was a Kia sonata that had damage in all sides of the car and rusted. Definitely not a location I will be going to anymore. Multiple people were returning their vehicles. When asked to take one of the vehicles that came back they said it was all booked.

  Bad service Unprofessional customer service. Really I will never deal with all enterprises just because this Orland hills location Even the employees from our company I will let them stop using all enterprises just because for this Orland hills bad management. I made a reservation online I do have the confirmation number also still she refused to give the car that I booked already. I have no idea what I have to do She was really disrespectful
