  Um, they literally blew my mind here! Alana was my salesperson and Mahesh was the manager. They greeted us as soon as we walked in and offered coffee, tea or water as we waited. I knew the car I wanted and Mahesh brought me the CarFax and the last date of service for the vehicle as we waited for Alana. During the test drive, Alana was so personable and attentive that I felt like I was in the car with my best friend! When it was time to sit down and do the numbers, everything was completely transparent and I was shocked. There were literally no secrets. Alana turned her monitor to face me and my credit score was on the screen, the banks that made me offers were on the screen, and so was the APR and monthly payment for each offer. Mahesh even helped us fill out the application so that we could get a better deal. I was impressed. I would never get this treatment at a dealership. If you're in the market for a used car, and you don't want to be hussled, lied to, or traumatized, PLEASE come to Enterprise Car Sales at Orland Hills.   What an amazing experience my husband and I had buying our Mazda CX-5 from Leah. Even though we knew what vehicle we wanted she was very detailed in all of the information about the car. The manager, Mahesh, was also great when it came to getting the approval done and scheduling an appointment to get a few dings taken care of. We felt like we had become friends in the short time it took to make the deal and drive off the lot. Thank you for the superb customer service! We will see you again!

  The whole team was amazing and friendly! The process was quick and straightforward! Jace and Blair were great they had me laughing the entire time. I would definitely recommend Enterprise in Orland Hills! 10/10 I love my truck!

  My experience was AMAZING the associate that helped me name is Quentin located at the Orland hills Illinois location all the staff and the manager was very attentive to my concerns and wants in looking for a car. I was greeted when coming in and offered beverage the entire experience felt like I was part of the entire process they really went above and behind for me and I was able to get a car that meet needs that I didn’t even think I could afford like a full warranty and gap insurance and STILL stayed within my budget
