  Had a wonderful experience here after having a terrible one at another dealership the same day. I was looking for a specific car and the staff here came through. Jonas was awesome! He treated me like a person, didn’t try to talk down to me because I’m a female (much appreciated in car dealerships), and helped me get in and out with a new car in a reasonable amount of time. The finance team was also amazing. Shout out to Joahan. As a Volvo family, we will be customers here for a long time.

  We did a Google search asking for the Volvo dealers in the Chicago area with the most integrity and reliability. The Autobarn in Oak Park came out on top, and they did not disappoint. Our salesperson, Jimmy Hanson, was great to work with: friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We feel we got a good deal, and were very happy with the overall professionalism we saw in every person we met there. The facility itself is also very bright, uncluttered, and well-maintained, which we felt reflected well on the overall experience.

  I had an outstanding experience leasing my new XC40 from Autobarn Oak Park, and I can't say enough good things about Rodney Garmon. From the moment I walked in, Rodney was kind, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to explain everything thoroughly without ever being condescending or "mansplaining." He answered all of my questions clearly, made sure I understood every step of the process, and never made me feel rushed. Rodney also honored the price that was offered before I came into the dealership, which I greatly appreciated. There were no surprises or pressure tactics—just honesty and transparency throughout the entire experience. He went above and beyond to help me find every rebate and incentive available, making my new XC40 much more affordable. After the lease was finalized, he spent additional time walking me through all of the features of my new vehicle, making sure I felt comfortable and confident before driving away. The excellent service didn't stop with Rodney. The entire team at Autobarn Oak Park—from sales to financing—was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on providing a great customer experience.
