  Excellent no hassle my windshield is integrated with cameras and sensors so it was a little on the expensive side but no more than the competition…wish everything else in life was this convenient and professional

  Safelite in Oak Lawn was an extremely easy process and everyone from the representative who called the day before to the young man when I picked up my vehicle were all so very nice and knowledgeable. My window also looks great! Thank you Safelite!

  During a short moment in one’s life, not life-threatening or life-changing, but an unexpected, unpleasant event happened….rock damages your windshield…..Safelite was available. I was met at the door by Service Manager Chris, who provided me with every information needed to ease my mind, assuring me they were able to professionally repair my windshield. I came to the shop at a magical time, no other appointments before and no appointments immediately after my appointment —So, I had the pleasure of watching two skilled technicians work on my vehicle, shortening the time I would be waiting. I really didn’t know what to expect (1st damaged windshield), but I am pleased with the service and repair of my windshield at the Safelite shop in Oak Lawn, IL. Thank you. I would recommend Safelite AutoGlass in Oak Lawn, IL.

  I was greeted with energy and professionalism, I was told in details what was going to be done and how long it will take, they also asked was there any Window stickers apply to my windshield that I needed them to save (I had two). The tall Afro American young man at the Desk made me feel like family so courteous, polite, and energetic😊 (thank you). The area was clean wasn’t crowded with vehicles and comfortable from the heat outside. The walk to the doors want difficult due to my bone on bone knee thank you for the low sidewalk (60 years old young) Thank you safelite and Who ever read this?ask about their payment plan

  They are horrible, this location rescheduled me 3 times after a initial install of a windshield. There is damage to the vehicle from the August 11th storm . The installed the windshield on the car . Two days later went to drive the vehicle, it has a crack on the corner near the pillar. They kept putting off my appointment and rescheduling over and over. Finally got them.out.The guy gets out says this isn't covered under their warranty. My manager said there is body damage and its not gonna be looked at even until the body damage is fixed. THE BODY DAMAGE WAS THERE FROM THE STORM AND THERE WHEN YOU INSTALLED THE FIRST WINDSHIELD. Then , the tech didn't even install the cowl correctly and left it gapped and open !! Take the money and run 🏃‍♀️ safelite ! 😡😡😡😡
