Blew a tire on Saturday. Decided to try Mavis on Sunday as my go-to tire place, Discount Tires, is closed on Sundays. Sales staff was friendly, they had my tire in stock, and had it repaired quickly. Reasonable price. Didn't push "buying two tires so they match" routine. Nice customer waiting area with bathrooms. Waiting area also has bay windows with a view of every lift/ repair station, in case you like to watch your car as it gets repaired.

I had a pleasant experience with replacement tires on my vehicle with Mark. He was friendly and very helpful. As a result of his customer service, I returned yesterday to receive an alignment; and unfortunately, this experience was not nearly as good. I made an online appointment and confirmed with Scott well before my designated time. We reviewed the services I needed (wheel alignment) and I headed to my appointment. However, when I arrived I was told the alignment machine was wet from storms two days prior and that I would need to visit another store. I understand things happen but it would have saved me time and frustration if Scott had mentioned that over the phone. To top it off, I made an appointment at the Crestwood location and recieved a call that my appointment time may not be honored as a result of an influx of walk-ins. Mark deserves 5 stars but my subsequent experiences have left me frustrated with Mavis.
