Went with great expectation but on the third visit I became unhappy. Could not recommend this business to any of my friends. Shaking of steering wheel still piece that was broken under the driver was not replaced, just commented "the part was old and it broke, so there was no need to replace it.
I have had several service businesses and if I broke anything I handled, I would replace it and apologize for the inconvenience. But all I got was it was old the car doesn't need it. But let me make the decision.
So I walked out to get some air cause I was very sad that I could not bring my car to a shop and it be without very thing it came in with.
Service is a job that repairs and corrects things. Not just the piece was old and you don't need it.
I went to get brakes pads and rotors.
The price was good.

I called on 8/22/26 shortly before closing and spoke with John regarding a battery for my vehicle. He advised he wouldn’t be able to do anything for me that day but to come in the following day at 9a when they open. I thought for sure I needed a battery as my car died in the middle of the I intersection. I took it to an auto store where they tested my battery and said it failed. John advised it’d be best to test the battery out first. Lo and behold I didn’t need a battery after all . I appreciateJohn’s wonderful customer service as he could have just given me what I asked for to make a buck. Thanks John for going above and beyond by being honest and actually caring about your customers!

Worst experience ever had an appointment for 9am to get my tire patched a 5 min job. Even the man who took care of me said it was an easy job. He told me it will be done in less than an hr. So I walked to Target and Home Depot shopped! And my car was still not taken to the back ! Came in and he said it will be done shortly waited another 30 min then and decided to make an appointment to discount tire and asked them for my keys and left with out getting my tire fixed! Absolutely ridiculous! Would never come here again! Discount tire for the win!!

Store manager Johnny Red and staff were outstanding (friendly and professional)!!!! Johnny listened to the concerns I had about my car. The technician took care to make sure the concerns were addressed. The facility, waiting room and bathroom was clean. Overall, the experience was great and I highly recommend this location.

MAVIS TIRE AND BRAKES ARE SCAMMER
I have been with this company when it was NBT as a loyal cardholder. I went in for an estimate and to see if I was still under warranty for wheel alignment and after test driving and possible inspection, that I had mentioned to them that the day before my visit to them my other service technician that initially did my brakes indicated that my brakes were good. The tech at the desk told me that my warranty expiration date is 3 months from the date of service. He then took my keys to obtain information on the vehicle e.g. mileage and license plate. He wrote down the wrong mileage that was on my vehicle and what was on my receipt…meaning that if I would have gotten the service…my clock for warranty was already ticking😡😡😡😡. It took 45 minutes or more to inspect my vehicle and the results were that I needed front and rear pads and rotors. That was not true because I had just had an inspection the day before…I will never allow them to service my vehicle again or my son’s vehicle. That’s a damn shame trying to take advantage of people.
