- NDNat DavMay 2, 20261.0Unprofessional. Frustration is an understatement as this dealership had our family drive over an hour only to sell the vehicle we were in communication about purchasing. My advice, confirm with a phone call every twenty minutes so the car ia still on the lot. The dealership even called us to come in only to not have the vehicle.

Honestly it’s sad to have people working like that for a big company. I been to multiple car dealerships and never once have I been treated like that make seem like we have no word it’s already a nerve-racking experience to come in a dealership look for a car. I was so looking in to buy a Nissan but with people like that never again. A man from Toyota that next door saw us walk out and ask if he can help and everything went so good came out with a brand new car from there. So goes to show how people are.
