  I cannot thank the team enough for everything they did for Me. Thank you so much, Emily. Thank you so much, Annie. Thank you everybody that was involved in fixing my car. She looks amazing. The drive is beautiful. I am just ecstatic. The customer service alone was beyond phenomenal. I have nothing but great things to say about the team in the professionalism behind it and I will definitely be back if I need anything. When I tell you, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had this truly has. I hope I sold everybody’s name right I am just so grateful for this whole team at this specific Gerber location because you guys made me feel amazing. My car was actually done directly on time and I am so grateful to everybody.

  This place has horrible service. Annie told me that my car would be ready in a week. It has now been over 3 weeks. They texted me today saying that my car was ready to pickup, when I got there they said it was not done and that it was AI that sent me that message. Very unprofessional business. I have attempted to call every day for a week and no one ever picks up the phone. Do not bring your vehicles here

  I don’t have many positives to mention about my experience. When we picked up the vehicle, the ABS warning light and automatic emergency braking warning light were both illuminated, yet no one mentioned this to us. We had to go back inside and point it out ourselves. Unfortunately, the mechanic was no longer available to address the issue at that time, which caused an additional delay in getting the vehicle back. On top of that, the wrong wheel was installed on the left front of the vehicle. We noticed this because there was still a significant amount of tire lubricant smeared on the assembly after installation. The wheel also had a different finish than the factory wheels. At that point, we were already frustrated by the previous issue and decided we would rather just deal with the incorrect wheel than experience another delay. Overall, this experience was disappointing and I feel there needs to be much more attention to detail when working on customers’ vehicles. These are important safety-related items that should have been identified before the vehicle was returned to us. One additional concern: when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, there did not appear to be much verification that we were actually the owners or authorized to pick up the vehicle. Someone else could potentially have come in and claimed the vehicle. I strongly recommend implementing a more thorough vehicle pickup verification process. This version keeps your frustration clear without sounding overly emotional, which will make the complaints harder for them to dismiss.

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a body shop!! Had to bring my car back 3 times and still my front tire is rubbing the head lights they gave me were used and foggy the bracket around the lights are loose.. they lost my front license plate and said “it must of fell while driving” been waiting for a call back for a month after Kyle said he would call me in a few days and I have been calling twice a week and no one will answer my call… they gave me a estimate the first day and said about 7k and the price could go up depending what’s behind the bumper then 3 days later the updated price was more than double 14.5k to state farm for them to not fix my car and “forgot” to paint the hood where the accident happened this will be my 4th time going back they treated me like a sucker this place is unbelievable and never been more disappointed

  We had 3 cars brought in due to damage done by storms. One car was "totaled" however, they did not tell us that for 3 weeks after having it in their shop for an estimate. The second car got transferred to another location who also delayed the pick up day for over a week because they had lost power for one day. The third car took over 2 weeks to fix a small dent on the back hatch after they promised 10 days max. We were out of 3 cars for nearly 8 1/2 weeks. The quality of the work they did do was satisfactory but would not use again due to them over promising and under serving when it came to having the cars completed in the time promised.
