  Used twice so far now, both cars were clean. Even when my exact pick was not available, I was still helped with finding what fit my need. Also pick up/drop off was seamless.

  ⭐⭐☆☆ Two stars only because the manager, Deon, was very kind, checked on customers, and genuinely seemed to care. The gentleman who assisted me was also pleasant, although I unfortunately can't remember his name. Otherwise, throw the whole experience away. I was sent here from another Enterprise location that only had minivans available. I specifically told my State Farm representative that I needed a vehicle comparable to my Ford Explorer due to family obligations and my mother's mobility needs. When I arrived, my options were a Nissan Rogue with a broken mirror control panel (the mirrors still moved, but why would I risk driving a vehicle with broken equipment?) or a minivan that had scratches and cosmetic damage throughout the exterior. I understand rental vehicles get wear and tear, but if I'm getting my damaged vehicle repaired, why am I being asked to drive a damaged rental vehicle? Enterprise makes millions of dollars renting cars. Fix them. The staff were courteous, but the limited selection and condition of the available vehicles left a lot to be desired.

  Rented from the Oak Lawn, IL location and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Shortly after leaving the lot, warning messages appeared for “low key fob battery” and “change oil soon.” The Dodge Durango later overheated and leaked fluid into my driveway, requiring a tow and vehicle exchange while I was out of town. Thankfully, the Enterprise team in Lee’s Summit, MO was extremely helpful and accommodating during the exchange process. What was most disappointing was the lack of follow-up and accountability from the Oak Lawn location. After returning the replacement vehicle, I was immediately met with accusations about damage to the exchange vehicle instead of any acknowledgment or concern about the original Durango overheating. I ultimately had to coordinate communication between branches myself to help resolve the issue. Problems happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Oak Lawn needs improvement in communication, professionalism, and handling customer concerns — especially when safety and vehicle maintenance issues are involved.
