  Super great service on a hot hot hot day and stayed after close to finish two cars that were in line and were so nice

  This location is great! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They really do get the oil change done in 15 or so minutes. I was able to get my oil changed on my lunch break which is great for my busy schedule.

  The teamwork and professionalism of the great Valvoline Instant Oil Change Crew in O’Fallon, IL, is amazing! The leadership is great!, all the team members that the Manager and Assistant Managers are leading are being taught, they are learning, and they are also very polite and fully engaged!… the facility and its contents are CLEARLY well maintained… supplies stocks are high, all tools are present and work, and everyone’s morale is high, including during the quiet times ‘before opening’ early Saturday morning… uniforms clean and professional, everyone on time, everyone polite to each and every customer, everyone competent, everyone clearly communicating with each other, making the extra effort to do so…. I believe they ‘have’ the great organization most other leaders only hope to create out of their own organizations… we are very proud to have our Great Valvoline in O’Fallon, and we really do look forward to bringing our cars there for outstanding service when they need it!… and we have been spoiled by the outstanding Service we have enjoyed there for years and years, bringing all our cars there regularly, so glad to be able to know they all will be well cared for!

  I was not happy with number one the price but I didn’t say anything even with the $20 off it was still expensive for an oil change and to change a lightbulb was $153. The lady attempted to get me to buy all kinds of services and I continue to tell her no that I didn’t need those services. I was there for an oil change. I have a Silverado it was my father‘s before he passed and they told me that the brake light on the back of the cab was out and that it needed replaced so I felt that was OK so I told him they could change. It would upset me the most was that the lady got up in the cab. She used a freaking drill to take the screw out and then to put the screw back in, and she was very forceful with it. I made sure I checked when I got home to ensure that the plastic wasn’t broken because of the way she handled it. This was very upsetting to Me. I don’t know that I will go back. I’ll have to see I may go to a different Valvoline . I understand she works for it oil changing station, but I feel that she should be more cautious and understanding of people‘s vehicles and how she treats them.
