  Shoutout to Talia, Desiree, and Andrew. Talia is very knowledgeable is explaining what I needed, talked me through it and provided options. All three employees were on their job and were of excellent service. I’ve been to more than a few a Valvoline locations and have been disappointed with the lack of service or customer facing support. This by far, is the best location.

  Glad when I can find a great coupon &&& learn some facts about my vehicle! TY! Ofallon IL Valvoline is the BEST!!! :) *Had a horrible experience at Bvl East location...I HATE being spoken down to as though I am a "dumb girl"...nvr going to blv east again....TY OFALLON IL TEAM!!!

  I had my car battery tested at two other facilities, and both confirmed it was at 100%. I feel like I was being taken advantage of, and I’m glad I didn’t fall for the misinformation. During my previous visit, my oil cap was also not put back on correctly after my oil change. I gave Valvoline a second chance, I will not be returning.
