    Not real happy with about the way they run their operation here. I had an appointment at 7:30 a.m. to pick up a cargo van. Apparently they show up at the truck rental site whenever they darn well feel like it. Now I'm late and on a much tighter schedule.

    I needed a 1 ton truck on short notice and called every location in Illinois. O'Fallon was the only one that said they'd have one available. That it was being returned in a few days and I could reserve it. They said they'd call the customer to verify it'd be returned and if I didn't hear back from them then everything was good to go. The morning of pickup, I called just to make sure and they said they needed to call the customer to confirm return. I thought they did that already? I waited for them to call me back and let me know. No call back for 3 hrs. I call again and they said the customer never answered the phone and they would try to find a truck in the St. Louis area and call me back. They didn't call me back. I called several more times as I was on a deadline and no one picked up the phone leading me to believe they were screening my calls. If you can't help me, just tell me. Don't ghost your customers. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, and they obviously need to learn what a callback means.

    Be careful renting from this location. Make a commercial reservation. Called three times to confirm. Asked them to send reservation confirmation, they said they can’t because it’s a local branch reservation. On the day of pick up, the truck is not available. They said that the reservation was in St Louis because the phones are answered in STL and they forgot to write down that it was an O’Fallon reservation. We had to wait for them to transfer the truck to the local branch.
