The website clearly states if you are active duty military you do NOT need any proof of address just your military ID and form of payment. But when I got there the guy said i needed proof of address even if I’m military, but how if i live in the barracks in Hawaii? The website is very misleading. Oh well I’ll just take my money elsewhere

Although there was a "star" crack in the windshield of the Hyundai Venue, I asked for the representative to take a picture before I left the pickup location and he said he noted it in my rental agreement so I would not be charged for it. I also pointed it out when I returned the vehicle so the other representative was aware that it had been reported earlier. I don't think I will ever use another rental business!
