  Tommy is awesome in the service department at Land Rover in Northfield. He is always quick to reply, takes great care of my cars, always has them washed after service and is just a delight to work with.

  What a joke! Northfield purchased the Lake Bluff dealership. Now they are totally overworked and have no service availability. Tried many times to get in touch with them, waited multiple days to have my break down addressed (on a 2 year old Range Rover) to be told (by Brandon the 'lack of' service Manager) I didn't plan an appointment. Apparently I should plan for my new car to break down?! Terrible customer service. I moved to the Land Rover dealer in Schaumberg, 1000% better.

  I had the pleasure of working recently with Dennis Glauner of Land Rover Northfield. Dennis was completely professional and very detailed in all of my interactions with him. As I was purchasing my vehicle not local to Northfield, I placed a high degree of reliance on Dennis to answer my questions with me being out of state. When I ultimately arrived in town under some tight time constraints, he was able to support the purchase sequence in the tighter timeframe. In short, Dennis made the interaction with Land Rover Northfield a very positive experience.
