  We visited this dealership as existing BMW owners because we were seriously considering upgrading to an X7. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the sales consultants was extremely disappointing. I want to give credit to Sandro, who spent most of the time with us during our visit. He helped us with the test drive, answered our questions, and was friendly, helpful, and professional. We really appreciated his assistance. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales consultant who handled the pricing discussion was completely different. He showed us two vehicles and then started the pricing negotiation with us. After we made an offer that was lower than he expected, his attitude became rude and disrespectful. At one point, he stood up and said very loud that we had wasted his two hours, and He kept repeating that we had wasted his time and said that if he had known our offer beforehand, he would not have waisted two hours with us. He continued making these comments as we were getting ready to leave. There were other customers in the lobby as well. And actually Sandro had spent most of the time helping us throughout the visit, not him.) We understand that negotiating price is part of buying a car, and we completely understand if a dealer cannot accept an offer. However, there is absolutely no reason to make customers feel like their time or business is a waste or humiliate the customers. What bothered us most was that these comments were made in front of our 7-year-old son. That was completely inappropriate and left a very negative impression on our family. We came in as existing BMW customers and serious buyers, who considering a significant purchase. Unfortunately, the way we were treated completely changed our decision to do business with this sales. I am posting this review so that management is aware of what happened. I could include the salesperson’s name in this review, but I have chosen not to. I hope management will take this matter seriously and address it appropriately, because this kind of treatment of customers is absolutely unacceptable.

  I brought my 2004 525i in for a list of items that needed to be checked. Even though I had never been to Fields I was treated as if i were a long time customer. My service advisor Jerry was amazing and extremely helpful. I had scheduled my appointment with Stephanie the day before and she was very helpful as well. I came away very impressed with the dealership and employees who work there.

  Service advisor Chris was especially helpful and attentive to details as the part needed for the repair was a special order item. His diligent follow up resulted in the part arriving in half the original estimated time . He kept me informed on progress during the service appointment and work was completed tand satisfactorily. Kudos too to JR in the shop for his efforts on my behalf. Very nice to work with a fellow veteran. Looking forward to arranging with Chris the date and time for our G22's next scheduled service.

  Said it before and I’ll say it again. Fields is the gold standard for car dealerships. Honest, professional, hospitable and knowledgeable. Def see Tom if you’re buying and Julio if you’re in for service. Tom’s been my guy since 2017. I was blown away by his knowledge. Julio is very knowledgeable friendly and professional.. Also the lady working the breakfast counter is the absolute sweetest. You’d think she works at the Ritz Carlton with her level of service. Will be a lifelong customer!

  I had a great experience with Fields BMW Northfield. Everyone was professional, welcoming, and made the service process very easy. A special thank you to Julio in the Service Department—he was incredibly helpful, attentive, and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated that the management team got involved with my issue and made sure everything was handled properly. They were very helpful, responsive, and showed that they genuinely care about their customers. Thank you to Julio and the entire Fields BMW Northfield team. Highly recommended!
