  On a road trip from Texas, car signaling overheat in 98 degree weather. We drove into the service dept and they diagnosed low coolant, refilled with the BMW suggested brand, refilled washer fluid with the required brand, immediate service and no charge! Made our day!!!

  From Rick Hulse, owner Kudos! to Fields BMW Northfield ESPECIALLY VENY in the service department. Without an appointment I asked Veny to inspect my 2004, 24,ooo low miles 645 Ci for an engine oil leak. He went right to the task with a very! comprehensive inspection as to that item and others to consider. Veny is professional, knowledgeable and cordial. Thanks, Rick Hulse

  I scheduled an appointment to get the front spoiler fixed. I came to pick it up and the front spoiler was still damaged. They mistakenly fixed a “hose” instead and still charged me. I had to leave the car there afterwards to fix the my main reason for coming and still pay without any kind of compensation. Terrible Service. It makes sense why their workers were on strike.

  Gavin is the man! His mother and father should be proud of the gentleman they raised. In all my years of purchasing vehicles (well over 20 cars), but also my decades in business, I can truly say that Gavin provided the best car-buying experience I have ever had.
