  The location is very close to my house. Pick Up was easy despite it being a busy day for them. Drop off was easy as well with after hours no contact return. Staff were courteous, friendly, and professional. They also worked well together, communicating clearly who was next what needed to be done and got people on the road as quickly as possible.

  I never write reviews like this as I focus on positive reviews but this one is an unethical one that I have to share. I had a minivan reservation confirmed spoke with 2 people everything was set! It was part of an insurance claim as my son’s car was totalled and he will only receive his new car next week. When i made the reservation the agent asked for the claim # and verified its legitimate and active. Cost was $73. My husband had another minivan reservation made through costco under my name. Cost was $125. When we arrived, they did not honor my car insurance reservation made through the claim number the pre approved and i confirmed even a day earlier with a Libby and everything was set. We needed 2 mini vans to move our twins back home from college. My sons Jeep was totalled and we needed another vehicle which the insurance was ok with and we covered ourselves since it was over the $800 insurance amount they gave us. I arrived to pick up both mini vans and was told they could not give me the claim one for $73 and the 4 reasons the enterprise guy told me were .....in this order: 1. The mini van is larger than the Jeep wrangler and you must rent a similar size car. This is completely false and i confirmed with my insurance. They do not care since i was paying for this out of pocket just at a discounted rate under the claim. 2. We are out of mini vans due to so many college moves 3. Your claim was closed and we can't give it to you. COMPLETELY FALSE. MY CLAIM IS STILL OPEN as we are waiting forf the final $1434 payment and sales tax on the new car. I even called my insurance and they confirmed it was open and i had all the right to reserve a car. WHY WOULD THE AGENT ASK FOR MY CLAIM NUMBER TO VALIDATE IT BEFORE ALLOWING ME TO RESERVE? They did it with me on the phone and approved it so it was NOT closed 4. I told them - let's just assume every one of your lame excuses is true for one second. Why did no one call me and why did Libby reconfirm my reservation when i called yesterday??? Why did they cancel it once i was at the store? 5. Finally when he saw how upset i was he comes back and says.... " If you want a minivan i have one but you have to pay $125". REALLY???? he just told me in #2 above that they were out of minivans. A CONFIRMED RESERVATION IS TO BE HONORED PERIOD. This is not customer service and I will never rent here again for any insurance claim and will let my insurance company know as well. Here is what What happened is that I told the rep Livvy yesterday when reconfirming my reservation, that we needed it to move our daughter back from college because my son’s jeep was totalled. They put 2 and 2 together and realized the demand for minivans were so high that they can rent it for $125 instead of my claim rate of $73. There in lies why they cancelled my reservation. This is so unethical that it is sad. No matter which way you look at it and the desperation with 4 excuses that were not true, its dirty period. At the last minute they deny a hard car rental confirmation ! Done. I will never again step foot here although I live 2.5 miles away . Integrity is of utmost importance to me ! My husband has a minivan reservation there for May 29th and i made another one elsewhere and sure hope he cancels the enterprise one.

  We are a disabled party of 3 and arrived on Amtrak at the Glenview station. I called the Glenview Enterprise location to inquire about being picked up and was advised, "probably not, we are busy around 4pm, but to call back". I thought, okay we can't walk that far so we'll have to get an Uber. Everything turned out okay, but why cause additional anxiety to disabled seniors? The verbiage really needs fine tuning because putting yourself in someone else's position is imperative when you are in a service oriented business. Although the incident was upsetting, the agent did a great job in securing the rental. I believe his name was Logan.

  I had to rent a car while mine was being repaired at Gerber, and my experience with Enterprise was excellent from start to finish. They picked me up from Gerber within about five minutes of dropping my car off and brought me to their location to complete the rental process, which was quick and easy. I was given a 2026 Mitsubishi that was beautiful and drove great. I didn’t have to wait long at all to receive the car, and they did a very thorough inspection with me beforehand, which I really appreciated. Since they partner with Gerber, I also got a great deal, and my security deposit was returned very quickly even though I used a debit card. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my son’s heavy car seat between vehicles. I wish I had gotten their names to recognize them individually, but every single person I interacted with was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make the experience easy.

  Great experience, Great crew! Brought a rental from Raleigh Enterprise…I explained all the problems I had with their Customer Service in Raleigh…. They were very understanding…but as always their customer service here in Glenview was top notch! I have rented several vehicles from this location and will continue to use Enterprise in Glenview! Thank you guys!
