    What a wonderful experience I had with the Enterprise location in Northfield, IL. I rented a car for two-weeks through my insurance company. Working with Logan, Olivia and Glenn was a great experience. All exceeded my expectations and are assets to the Enterprise Northfield team. I've been a long-time Hertz customer and told them I strongly am considering changing to Enterprise specifically because of my experience with them. Thank you!

    I was directed to go to this location to do a car swap, due to a flat tire. When I arrived the employee told me he had gotten an email about me arriving to get a car in the morning. However when I arrived he tried giving me a Mitsubishi Mirage, when the car I was swapping was a Hyundai Tucson. I told the employee that was unacceptable and he told me if I don't like i can go to another location to get a car. I ended up going to the O'hare enterprise where I was taken care and given a comparable vehicle. In short every employee there needs a class in costumer service.

    All the staff working at this location was very helpful, professional, and extremely kind and patient. Glen is the manager and he went above and beyond for me. Daniel was so nice and patient with me during the process, and Liv was very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this location and thank you for helping in my time of need!
