    I rented a car here for a month and they were great! After a frustrating stop at a different Enterprise location, and some bad past experiences at other rental companies, I was a bit stressed. But this branch was completely different. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, to the point and the whole process was totally straightforward from start to finish with no surprises. Great experience all around!

    I had a confirmed reservation for a minivan at 8:00 am. I arrived at 8:00 am, to find they had no minivan for me. They tried to "upgrade" me to a full size SUV, but that does not meet my requirements (to carry bicycles upright without disassembly). I reserved a minivan for a reason. These guys are not reliable. They do not meet their commitments. They wasted my time.

    We needed a car for one day only. This site gave us a descent car at an ok rate. We stopped at grocery store on our way to return car. Ran out of time. When we returned the car they said they had a driver to take us back to hotel to avoid another one charge. Bobby an employee there came out and helped us move the groceries from the street to inside then when the driver came he ran over again and began helping take the groceries to the shuttle van. This place was the best rental car facility we have dealt with. Great job Guys 😎
