- TFTyler FrielJul 28, 20265.0Lived in Aurora my whole life and always drove past this place thinking it was a junk yard but after taking my car to Firestone and having them almost charge me double for the same part (EGR valve) I have no problem taking my car to them from now on. We’re able to fix the problem in a reasonable time frame. The communication was even addressed. I dropped my car off on Thursday at 1:30 and hadn’t heard any update til I called Friday, almost 24 hours later. Said they needed more time to diagnose and they called me Saturday first thing in the morning with a plan. Told me part would be there Monday morning and fixed by the afternoon. Got a call before noon that it was done and paid $400 less than what the cheapskates at Firestone were quoting me
