Chris the mechanic checked my tires for me because I had an extremely low tire. He told me what I needed to do. He made sure I was safe for the road! Wonderful service 10/10

I had a great experience with Chris at Grease Monkey. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick, thorough, and I never felt pressured into anything I didn’t need. It’s hard to find honest and knowledgeable people these days, and Chris definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Chris if you visit Grease Monkey!

The sticker on my windshield said it was time for an oil change so I took it to Grease Monkey. I was met with a friendly employee who showed me to the waiting room. I was so impressed that a few minutes later the employee came out to let me know my oil looked great and I had time before I needed an oil change. You don’t always run across honest people, and unfortunately I’ve had some dishonest mechanics over the years. When the time comes I’ll be back, and I feel confident I will be in good hands at this location. Thank you so much!!

I had a terrible experience at this Grease Monkey location. He went in for a simple oil change and tire pressure check, but after the service, his car started leaking oil within a couple of days. When he went back to ask about it, the staff immediately blamed the vehicle instead of properly inspecting their own work.
What made the situation worse was the customer service. The employees were rude, impatient, and acted like customers were bothering them by asking questions. The manager Jackson was especially unprofessional and had a very disrespectful attitude throughout the conversation.
Instead of helping solve the issue, they kept making excuses and avoiding responsibility. A professional shop should know how to communicate respectfully and handle customer concerns properly, but this place completely failed at both.
After hearing my friend’s experience and dealing with my own issues there, I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

The MANAGER JACKSON IS A “BIG JOKE “
I had an oil change done at Grease Monkey back in 3 months. Recently, when I went to another shop for an oil change, they refused to service my car because the drain plug was damaged and stripped to the point it could not be removed. They clearly explained that the damage looked like it was caused during the previous oil change service.
I went back to Grease Monkey and explained the situation, but instead of taking responsibility, they denied the issue completely. At first, they agreed to fix the oil cap problem, but after failing to do that, they changed their story and demanded proof from the other shop stating they had not touched the drain plug.
Even after that, I went out of my way to get evidence, including a Carfax report and photos showing the stripped drain plug. When I returned the next day with all the proof they asked for, the staff became extremely disrespectful and literally yelled at me to leave the premises.
The customer service was terrible, and the way they handled the situation was completely unprofessional. The manager, Jackson, showed a very rude attitude and lacked basic respect and communication skills when dealing with customers. Instead of helping resolve a problem caused by their service, they made the entire experience stressful and humiliating.
I would strongly recommend people to be careful before trusting this location with their vehicle.
