  Came here after an accident, the staff was very nice, helpful and communicated whenever there was an update I needed to be aware of. They also took the time to look at my car post-repairs after I reported a noise, which they fixed at no extra cost. Would recommend to anyone who asked

  The technician was informed of specific parts that were damaged. Unfortunately, he continues to deny the existence of one of the parts. This has been almost a year trying to resolve with Gerber. I am beyond frustrated. The only good thing they did was tell me that my vehicle had hail damage when delivered so I was able to get that fixed. That’s the one star I gave them. The damage that the vehicle was scheduled for repair was not completed, and they publish that their work is guaranteed. This is the shop in North Normal. I do not recommend.

  The thing is that I wasn't happy because they were taking so long. They had my truck for 5 days before even starting on it. I don't have another.. So I was very unhappy plus with Christmas and not being healthy was very unfortunate. But it's finished and they washed it and cleaned it up.

  Super kind staff, able to break things down to a clueless 20 year old. Handled not just my car but the small decorations in it with care, the repair looks AMAZING, and they got it done so much faster than expected.
