I was berated and told that wasn't the issue. Then I was told that my serpentine belt, my sway bar links, my air filter need to be replaced and my wheels need to be balanced for a total of around $500. When I declined certain services, the guy continued to pressure me into getting these services by telling me that my car will break down and that I will be stranded if I didn't get it done. After the "repairs" were completed, my car is shaking even worse than it was before.

Then I brought it to a reputable repair shop and confirmed there was only a very small leak, and there would never be a chance of all the oil coming out of the vehicle for this issue. I accept their advice to just check the oil level every so often and save a large repair bill. I would not trust what Car-X Towanda tells you is wrong with your car when you bring it in for an oil change.
