I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the employees at this AutoZone location. The manager (a big guy with long hair, I think) didn’t help out at all and made the entire situation worse. From the start, he seemed uninterested in assisting me. When I asked for help with my windshield wiper blades, he ended up damaging one during installation and actually broke it. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix the issue, he brushed it off and didn’t offer any real solution. It got even worse when I purchased brake pads based on his recommendation. After getting home, I realized they were completely wrong—the part number didn’t match my vehicle at all. When I went back to return them, I was told they couldn’t be returned, which made no sense considering it was their mistake. Overall, this was a terrible experience. Lack of knowledge, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not trust this employee or this location for help with anything important.
