Came in for tire rotation. I did not have an appointment. I was told at the time when I purchased my EXPENSIVE Michelin tires, I was going to get ‘free’ tire rotations. The customer rep told me they were busy and to come back tomorrow. I am leaving on a trip tonight. The ‘manager Nick’ came out with a horrible attitude saying ‘you can’t skip the line’ to which I said “I’m not asking for that ‘ I’m asking for what I was promised . Then I got the ‘only two techs and three cars waiting. I asked if the other store had an opening I got, “ I don’t know.’ I asked can you call them and find out?’ I got ‘no,’ customer service NOT AT MOKENA BELLE TIRE ! Never/ EVER AGAIN!

Pete is amazing! Had a flat on my Jeep l noticed this morning.....had purchased full set of tires only a few years ago. Pete repaired flat, took care of all with ease, and took time to teach proper psi care on tires. I always thought just be under the max by 5-8 psi of max. Nope.....jeep was to be at 36 psi for proper driving and even wear on treads.....saved me a ton of future trouble and a too early of new tire purchase. He had his amazing team rotate tires properly in relation to my tread wear and did a full realignment. I left with no cost, genuine hand shake, and an encouragement to keep my whole family of cars coming in. FOR SURE! Amazing customer service, teaching/advice, and true feeling of valuing community! I had a last minute emergency. My tire got flat on my way to my sister's wedding celebration at Fogo De Chao in Orland Park. Thankfully we made it into the parking lot before it totally busted. My brother was with me and tried putting air in the tire with my air pump and it wasn't inflating. So he said he would switch it out and put my spare in. I decided to call Mavis in Orland Park since I had a warranty on the tires, but little did I know they were permanently closed. So I had the operator transfer me to the one in New Lenox since that was closer. I had called to see if I was able to come in for them to look at the flat and to see if it can be fixed or needs to be replaced. They had said that's not a problem. You can come in right now and that was an hour before closing. Once my brother finished putting the spare in he locked everything up in the car. I drove over there but before I could go any further I decided to call again just to make sure they wouldn't close early on me like some other shops do. It was 5:20 and they close at 6. They said you still can come in. We are not one of those shops that turn people away because it's close to closing time. That gave me a sigh of relief and a peace of mind. Once I got there I was taken care of right away. He went to look at the tire in my trunk and said that the tread was completely worn out due to low air pressure so I would need the tire replaced. So we went over my warranty and he told me how the breakdown was and what would be covered. Once that was done they pulled my car in and also checked the other tires and he said those three were good to go as well. It took less than 30 minutes for them to complete the service. I was able to make it back in time before dinner was completely over. They have great teamwork and great customer service and professionalism. I am a resident of Chicago and will always go to this location to get any type of car services done. I recommend you to try this place out if you are looking for an honest, reliable, and caring tire shop. They don't sell you anything and will make sure you leave worry and stress free.
