- BBBrooke BalesAug 6, 20265.0Jessica went above and beyond to help us get the perfect rental, I was having the worst experience with Airbnb and I was on the brink of a meltdown and couldn't handle one more thing going wrong for our family vacation and I really needed the perfect car and she called around and had the exact one I was looking for, for our trip delivered. In a world where most people don't put effort into their work, she went above and beyond for us. Alyssa also was great to work with once we got there to pickup the car. I will continue to use you guys for all of our future trips. Thank you for helping put our trip back on track.

It was a busy morning at Enterprise with several people in line, but everyone was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Eddie assisted me in getting the vehicle. Eddie was so helpful and kind; he did not rush and was not pushy when explaining various options, and I REALLY appreciate that. I also spoke with Alyssa a few times on the phone; both Alyssa and Eddie were fantastic answering any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this location, and will use in the future should I need another rental. Thank you for a great experience!

- MLMelissa LowryJun 12, 20261.0I had to get a rental due to a car accident, other insurance has to pay for my rental, first off they put me in a vehicle under my car class. This vehicle also has alignment issue which I expressed to them after getting the vehicle and noticing the problem. I let them know about this on a Monday here it is Friday and still have not yet switched out the vehicle, I would never recommend this car rental service to anyone. How do you put someone in an unsafe vehicle and have them to continue to use that vehicle, very unprofessional!!!
