- GBGavin BarrettSep 27, 20265.0Honest, genuine and didn’t change my oil because my oil was still good and I didn’t need an oil change for another 5k miles. David, Diego and Conner were very professional and gave me an excellent experience with this business.
- BHBrittany HanteSep 20, 20265.0It’s so rare to get good customer service. But I was super impressed here especially the person that did my oil change, his name was Zach. So helpful. Thank you for hiring employees that actually care.
- VSVictor SzillageSep 17, 20261.0Do not go here unless you want them to mess up your mileage. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and have brought multiple vehicles here, so I’m not someone who came in looking for a reason to complain. Today, I got an oil change and told the employee my mileage twice. My actual mileage was 149,051, but they recorded 114,951 — a difference of 34,100 miles. I pointed it out and asked several times for it to be corrected. Instead, I was initially told that I must have given them the wrong mileage. The sticker was crossed out and rewritten, and the mileage was still entered incorrectly.
