  Did the minimum work as possible. Didnt replace drain plug. Didnt check tire pressure.

  First off, this place is QUICK and EASY, but I do not like the experience. The oil change was $112.99 for 4.5 QT of Full Synthetic on my 2023 Elantra - very high. I had a $20 off coupon which was honored but then a $14.99 specialty filter. My understanding is a Hyundai Elantra doesn't really need a "specialty filter" and I've never been charged for this separately before. Also, the shop put a sticker on my windshield indicating the next oil change is due at 3,000 more miles and within 3 months where my owner's manual indicates that with the OW20 oil the recommended interval is 12 months or 7,500 miles. This makes me feel very taken advantage of and I will not be back unless these practices change.

  Today 09/26/2026 A very bad experience. We went to this station intending to get an oil change, but the young man who attended to us—short and thin—was very unpleasant right from the start. He kept making faces at us and seemed unwilling to perform the service. We felt very uncomfortable with the way we were treated and ultimately had to leave without getting the oil changed. I understand that anyone can have a bad day, but customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. We were definitely not satisfied with the service we received.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Naperville. Shaun was friendly and positive, clearly explained the differences between the oils, and recommended the best option for my car. The service was quick, and I didn’t have to wait long. I will definitely be back!

  My family and I have been using them and are more than satisfied with their service. They will check our tire pressure and fill out fluids inbetween our oil needs for no charge. I just had a flat tire and they put on my spare at no cost. You cannot put a cost on that kind of service.
