  I had a very disappointing experience with Sixt Rent a Car. I already paid half of the rental amount online and was supposed to pay the rest at pickup, but they refused to accept my debit card because I didn’t have a credit card. The staff showed absolutely no willingness to help or find any solution. Their attitude toward customers felt careless and unprofessional. Instead of trying to assist, they simply turned me away after taking part of my payment. Very poor customer service and a frustrating experience overall.

  The Naperville/ Marriott location has a great team and they’re always professional. I have referred a couple people to them and their experience has been the same.
