  The gentleman at the SIXT rental booth at the airport were great. Friendly and informative. I loved the car that I rented, and decided to use the company in the future until the problem I am experiencing with my deposit. I am writing to formally complain about the $200.00 deposit that was taken from my account when I rented a vehicle from your company at Tulsa International Airport on August 14, 2026. I returned the vehicle on August 17, 2026, and I have yet to receive my $200.00 deposit back. I have contacted your company twice regarding this matter, and unfortunately, I have not received accurate information or a satisfactory explanation. During my calls, I felt that the representatives were rude and that I was being given the runaround regarding the return of my money. It has now been 14 days, and you have continued to hold my $200.00 without providing a clear explanation as to why I have not received my refund. I will never use this company again.

  this could have been a nice review. However they screwed me over royally. I booked the car from Charlie at Naperville location Tuesday 10 days back. He asked me for a 5 star review. so far so good . i have returned the car this Tuesday at 1 pm . I did extended online prior to my arrival for another week. Charlie was there again offering me to either take a Hyundai or keep my chevy. After looking at the car decided to keep the chevy i have rented originally. he was busy with a blonde lady who was very stressed. we came back to see Charlie he said im all set just carry on . now they harrassing me and claiming i was not there etc.what a joke

  I rented a car for 1 day and initially my experience was smooth. But afterward I was notified that they are claiming that I caused scratches on the bottom trim of the door. They claimed they are 4 inch scratches down to the primer. In reality, the tiny marks are consistent with normal wear and tear from road debris. These marks are so minor it did not show up in my initial inspection photos. I am disputing this claim. Because to me its clear they are just fishing for more money. They also charge you 12$ a gallon if you dont fill the car up! The rental agent did not explain this to me at all, they sneak in into the fine print and hope you don't notice. I had a pet emergency the day I returned the car so I was in a hurry and didnt fill up. Had I known the exorbitant price gouging they pull on this I would have acted differently. It's clear that they are operating with predatory business practices. Im extremely dissatisfied with my experience. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
