Overall the experience was excellent. Easy to set the appointment, the work was quick and at a fair price. The only snag, and the reason for four instead of five stars, was I was not asked for the VIN up front, so the wrong glass was brought and we had to set up a second appointment.

My service was fast and very professional. The tech (Benjamin) was amazing. Safelite wasn’t the cheapest on the market, but I’m very glad I chose them. I feel confident in the quality of the product and installation.

Techinican Jose came and broke a piece of the windshiweld wiper hose and now all the fluid is leaking insde. Almost 2 months later and 2 failed visits to repair the issue, The dealership wants to charge $700 to fix it. Worst part is, YOU ALWAYS TALK TO MACHINES. It's superhard to talk to real people. Fix your glass elswewhere.

My front windshield was cracked and I called SAFELITE to repair it. The person I spoke with to arrange the repair was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The problem started once I pulled onto the Naperville Safelite's repair lot and noticed the hours posted on the door stated that they open at 8 AM but my appointment was at 7 AM. A gentleman showed up and informed me that they had not changed the hours on the door. That should've been my first red flag. However once I returned to pick up my car, I noticed the seals around the windows were reinstalled improperly I spoke to the gentleman at the counter and the manager Mr. Reizo said that he would look at the car. From the moment he walked outside Mr. Reizo became very confrontational. I began to point out to him, how the trim around the lower parts and sides of the windows were not reinstalled properly. There were several gaps. He consistently argued with me claiming, that there was nothing wrong with the seal and I needed to take my glasses off because he saw no issues with the seals. He then asked me if I just wanted a discount. I informed him I had no problem with the price. I just want the work done properly. He then explained the seals around the windshield were just for aesthetics and had nothing to do preventing water from leaking into the car. He went back-and-forth with me for some time ultimately opened up the hood of my car and attaching the seals properly, but claim they were already attached properly. Then he started taking pictures of what the seals look like after he attached seals back in properly, Mr. Reizo's behavior was absolutely ridiculous. He's very unprofessional incredibly rude, combative and very condescending. What could have been a pleasant experience turned into a nightmare. I've used Safelite in the past and was very satisfied. I don't know how he is an asset to your company.
