I was shopping for Winshield for my car. Safe flight is the most expensive so I did not install my Winshield there.

I’ve scheduled to have my glass replaced two times, once online and over the phone. Neither technician showed during the appointment time. Both times I was told the shop did not have the glass for the replacement, Nor did the shop reach out to me to notify me of this, I had to find out myself. Save yourself the time and headache. This is a horrible shop and Safelite is an even worse company.

It amazes me how Safelite can try to fix a chip but ended up making my windshield split and then say that they are not liable. If they know these are the chances why even agree to try to fix it and not accept the responsibility. I see if it ended up splitting in my position but it happened in theirs! This has got to be their gimmick… “if fix it the customer doesn’t pay anything but if we crack it they’re going to have to buy a new one!” NEVER AGAIN!
