  Overall, my experience with National was positive, but I was disappointed by a policy that was not communicated before I rented the vehicle. I rented a Jeep and later learned that removing the top was apparently against company policy. If that restriction exists, it should be clearly explained before the rental is completed. Otherwise, customers may choose a vehicle expecting to use its features only to find out afterward that there are limitations. If the policy is firm, it may make sense not to offer those vehicles for rent. Rather than press the issue, I chose to switch to a smaller vehicle. I want to specifically recognize Dylan for his excellent customer service. He stepped in, addressed my concerns professionally, and helped make things right after the confusion created by the previous employee. My recommendation is simple: make vehicle-specific restrictions clear at the time of booking or pickup so customers can make informed decisions. While I wasn't unhappy with my rental experience, I was disappointed that this information wasn't provided upfront. Thanks again to Dylan for his help and professionalism.

  I had an excellent experience with National Car Rental from start to finish. The reservation process was easy, pickup was quick and efficient, and the vehicle was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process stress-free. Returning the car was just as simple and fast. This was one of the best rental car experiences I’ve had, and I will definitely choose National again for future trips. Highly recommend

  The car was just ok. Not really happy with what was provided. Safety features of sensor warnings for on coming traffic during backup was a surprise that were not on the car. Otherwise people and service was great

  Customer service is not above and beyond, was originally told cars were unavailable when trying to exchange a rental with a flat tire. After complaining a little more another vehicle was magically availing.
