  I can't be more pleased with the customer service we received as well as the expedited service work & repairs that were completed on the International 4300 on August 12, 2026. We called MRW Truck Repair around the lunch hour on Wednesday, August 12th to have an oil change, and they were able to guarantee it would be ready and available for pick-up by 5:00 pm the same day and they also found during the oil change that additional (necessary) repairs were apparent that were necessary for safety and DOT Inspections and still commit to our Fleet be available for pick-up by the end of the same day! It was also observed when our driver dropped off the International, MRW pulled it right into the bay for servicing! Thank you for the quick and efficient repairs!   Great team at MRW Truck Repair, we have two large trucks we send them with our transport business and we wouldn't bring our trucks anywhere else. Great communication and fair pricing with quick turn arounds to boot! Highly recommended. Eddie @ Continental

  They charged me $720 to replace parking brake parts and assembly and it was not done. I had my truck service now and I was actually down there and the cable was still broken. Nothing they said they were fixed or change was done so $720 Scam.

  I recently took my trailer to this repair shop and was charged a very high amount for the repairs. The pricing felt excessive compared to what I expected for the work done. What concerns me even more is that after picking up my trailer, I realized my pallet jack, which was inside when I dropped it off, was missing. I raised the issue, but I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. Between the high charges and the missing equipment, I no longer feel confident doing business here. I would advise others to carefully document their equipment and clarify all costs upfront before leaving their property at this shop.
