  I would like to file an official complaint regarding the staff at your car wash location at 850 E Ogden Ave, Naperville. At approximately 7:30 PM, I arrived after work to wash my car. I have a monthly membership that I pay $40 for, and my husband also has a membership. We own several vehicles, and we regularly wash all of our cars only at your car wash. When I arrived, the gate did not open. This is far from the first time this problem has happened. I waited for about 20 minutes, honking and flashing my headlights so the staff would notice and come help, but no one came outside, even though all the employees were inside and could clearly see me. There should always be someone standing at the entrance, but unfortunately your employees seem to help customers only when they feel like it and show complete disrespect toward customers. After waiting for a long time, I was forced to get out of my car and walk toward the staff to ask for help, since only employees with an iPad can open the gate. When they saw me approaching, a girl with an iPad finally came over, and only then was the gate opened. I calmly rolled down my window and asked why no one was standing there and why a customer should have to wait that long for assistance. In response, she laughed and sarcastically said “Have a good day” with gestures and a tone that felt like clear mockery and disrespect. After the wash, I came back because I wanted to take a photo of the employee and send an official complaint. When she saw this, she turned away and quickly ran inside. Then a man came out and introduced himself as the manager, although later it turned out that he was not actually the manager at all. I calmly explained the entire situation and simply asked him to open the exit gate so I could leave. Instead of resolving the issue, apologizing, and helping a loyal customer, he started threatening to call the police and demanded that I drive the wrong way in a one-way traffic area. I refused because that is clearly against the law and unsafe. In response, he told me that he “has the right to do whatever he wants because he is the one in charge there.” Instead of handling the problem professionally, he actually called the police. At that moment, I was so upset and humiliated by the way I was treated that I started crying. Later, my husband arrived after work to wash his car as well, and he tried to calmly resolve the situation, but your employees completely ruined our mood and our entire evening. This was extremely unprofessional, rude, humiliating, and unacceptable. Many of our friends and relatives have also repeatedly complained about the employees at this location and their careless attitude toward customers. Now I have personally experienced it myself. After this kind of treatment, we no longer want to use your services. When loyal paying customers are met with police threats instead of normal service and basic respect, that is absolutely unacceptable. I demand that this situation be thoroughly reviewed, that appropriate action be taken regarding these employees, and that I be contacted regarding this incident. I will not leave this situation without attention.
