  First time visit to Greece Monkey Naperville location. I like the idea that you're able to hang out in the garage and watch your vehicle being serviced. They take great care in servicing your vehicle, very knowledgeable staff. I appreciate them using a calibrated torque wrench to torque your wheels instead of an impact gun. I feel that they're extremely honest, they did not try to up-sell additional parts or service. They said the car was in great shape! All it needed was oil, filter, and a tire rotation. I would definitely recommend this garage and I will be back.

  The customer service was exceptional but the prices are outrageous. For a $40 car wash my windows weren’t cleaned good and I couldn’t even get my inside vacuumed …but that’s on me for paying. I won’t be back.

  Went in to have my oil changed about an hour before closing. Everyone greeted me and the brought my car right in. I was explained on two things they thought I needed with the oil changed. They were not pushy or hard selling just gave me the facts. I did have the air filter changed as the talk me thru the entire process going on.

  This company did a great job cleaning both the inside and outside of my car! They were also very flexible and willing to make improvements based on any requests or feedback from the customer. I really appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service. Thank you guys for taking such great care of my car and giving me a stellar car wash experience! I’ll definitely recommend you to others.
