I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and while parts of my experience were positive, others were extremely frustrating.
First, I want to recognize Darren Sanders, my sales consultant. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely worked to get me exactly what I wanted. He made the process feel smooth on his end, and I truly appreciated his effort and professionalism.
Unfortunately, the experience was significantly overshadowed by my interactions with Moe Abdallah, the sales and finance director, as well as Jeremy Hopkins, the sales manager. My father-in-law, who was assisting me with the purchase, is very knowledgeable about the car-buying process. However, both individuals repeatedly spoke over him, cut him off, and treated him as if he didn’t understand what he was talking about. It came across as dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Their behavior made the process far more stressful and difficult than it needed to be.
On top of that, there was a clear lack of urgency in getting things done. I was purchasing this vehicle out of state, so timing and communication were extremely important. The vehicle was fully paid for on March 6th, yet my father-in-law was not allowed to pick it up for me until March 17th. This delay was unacceptable, especially given that we had to call multiple times a day just to ensure progress was being made. It felt like we were the ones pushing the deal forward instead of the dealership doing their job.
Buying a car is a major purchase, and in my family, it’s something we take very seriously. Professionalism, respect, efficiency, and clear communication should be standard. While Darren delivered on those expectations, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the lack of professionalism and urgency from Moe Abdallah and Jeremy Hopkins. I would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve how future customers are treated.
