  I went to go find with a car just to look at they had great options. I would like to thanks daron for finding a great car for me it only took 3 hours to get everyone done and just detailed. I really would recommend going to ford fair oaks really helped me getting a new car. I got a 2019 Ford escape with 41,000 miles and I love the fords so if you car shopping I would recommend Ford for safety and reliability. Also they are very fast came in one day just looking left 3 hours later only a great car.

  Arlene in service is the most amazing person My multitude of problems were solved by her , the team also Mike the mgr , other personal at this , Fair oaks dealer in Naperville is the only place I go . Bought the f150 during covid thy made it a great experience !! Bought a warranty with FORD, thru Fair Oaks . I owe Arlene an apology , I said several times I was and EVEN more satisfied with the mechanics and service people . I some day will buy another Ford but last the love of the 150 . Made very good ! Can you pass this message to Detroit ford head quarters . These are the dealerships that all Ford dealers should strive to be ! Have Very fun summer . Best Regards Mike Sbarboro

  We recently purchased a new 2026 Maverick for my wife Diana. The people at Fair Oaks had exactly the car we were searching for at a very reasonable price! I did much research of dealers ,inventory & pricing previously. We couldn't have been handled any more cheerfully and professionally. I believe this was the smoothest and most satisfying purchase ive ever made from a dealership. Im 67. Ive purchased 8 new vehicles over the years in addition to another 4 purchased used at dealerships. I know what i speak of. Thanks to the entire sales staff at Fair Oaks Ford.
