  We rented Benz sprinter for a family roadtrip and staff here helped out with all we asked for. Rental experience was very good, I made online reservation and the checkout was a breeze. We had a minor hiccup with the vehicle out of state during the trip and the Enterprise roadside assistance was very helpful too. Special thanks to front desk team for graciously adjusting the bill amounts. Overall great service, staff here are very polite and responsive to meet your needs, I would highly recommend this place

  If I could give less than 1 star I would. Car not ready for pick up, at different location, 1hr+ wait to retrieve… my fault apparently because I confirmed rental online (have confirmation #) but didn’t answer the phone call (“a lot of people make reservations and don’t show up, so we didn’t think you would come”)

  I rented a 12- Seater van for my trip on 06/07 at this location. At this day they didn’t had my car. They offered other 15 passenger van which was dropped off by other customer. I took the 15 passenger van to Smokey mountain and it broke down. I don’t understand why did the location served me the van without servicing which was returned by another customer at the same time of rental. Hope they understand this situation to avoid this kind of experience for future cars renters.

  BewareBeware. They will fine you $25 for tolls despite you having paid the tolls directly to the Illinois Tollway and providing proof of doing so. Despite providing proof, they will not remove the fine and will double charge you the toll. I will not be renting from Enterprise and this location again.
