Even though I put the license number in my IL Tollway app, they still charged me toll fees and 20 dollars citation! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! When I called em back they said they cannot help me with that. Well WHO CAN HELP ME WITH THAT? Even though they got my Credit Card info and they didn’t give my full deposit back! Terrible!

I will never rent from Enterprise—or any of its subsidiaries—again. I added the rental vehicle to my Illinois I-PASS account on the first day of my rental and kept it registered for the entire rental period. Despite that, some tolls were properly charged to my I-PASS account while others were inexplicably sent to Enterprise. I contacted the Illinois Tollway and was told its system is automated and that, because Enterprise immediately pays tolls submitted to them, the Tollway cannot later reallocate those charges to my I-PASS account. This effectively deprives customers of an opportunity to correct the issue before Enterprise pays the toll and adds substantial additional fees. In my view, that practice raises serious concerns about whether customers are being given a fair opportunity to remedy these situations before additional charges are imposed. I made repeated attempts to resolve this directly with Enterprise by phone and online but could not reach anyone from their citation department and the only written response I received was a reiteration of their tollway policy. I ultimately had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to seek reimbursement after Enterprise charged my credit card before the notice period they gave me had expired. This was an unnecessarily frustrating experience.

Rented a car while my vehicle was being repaired. The staff was very patient and pleasant. I received timely pick up at the car repair business. They had coordinated payment with the insurance company. Car was clean and in good working order.

I drove an economy-class car for two weeks that only had an ECO driving mode, with no option to switch to NORMAL mode. This made the car very uncomfortable to drive because it accelerated extremely slowly and felt very sluggish. Ironically, this ECO mode also resulted in higher fuel consumption because I had to press the accelerator much harder to get the car to accelerate normally.
