- JMJeremy Maxwell3 days ago1.0This location lied to my auto body claiming that I'm banned from renting from Enterprise nationally. I called the Enterprise corporate office, and they confirmed there's no notification on my driver profile that's preventing me from renting from Enterprise. This location is discriminating against me from a prior complaint I made against their employee, Michael, who refused to provide me with a credit card receipt unless I returned the car to them. He claimed it was their policy. I requested the credit card receipt in order to be reimbursed by Snapsheet who agreed to pay for an extra week of my rental through my insurance claim. My girlfriend called this location the next day, and they provided her with the credit card receipt without issue, so Michael's refusal to provide me with the credit card receipt wasn't due to company policy whatsoever. I'm immediately filing a corporate complaint against this location.

Online showed all cars gone in region...I called and Sierra (sorry for spelling) the location manager, and she made it happen. Further more...I took a random small car when my preference was for something bigger. She remembered my request and held a car for me to swap out. This is what makes me stay with Enterprise whenever I travel or need for local work travel. Dillion was former manager and he was the same and when leaving for Woodridge IL (I think) he personally introduced me to Sierra. Keep up the great work!
- MMMSep 22, 20261.0If you want to be jerked around.. Talk to Kyle. It took me 3 calls and asking for their Area Retail Manager for him to be willing to get me a car. And then He wants to chrge me $10 a day over the Acct agreement they have with Carmax. I would not recommend this Enterprise.
