  Michael is refusing to provide a receipt for the charges to my card until my contract is closed out which requires me to return the rental. He's claiming it's their policy. My insurance company is requesting the receipt for my reimbursement. Update: My girlfriend called today and was able to obtain a copy of my Rental Agreement Summary with the charges to my credit card. Michael lied about their policy. Michael needs to be terminated.

  Originally had a reservation with Budget in Aurora, when I arrived they had no vehicle for me but their Naperville location did - for whatever reason the Budget location in Apple Maps brought me to an Enterprise. We quickly realized that my reservation was not with Enterprise, but the manager on duty informed me that they had vehicles available. She set me up with a minivan for the same price as I intended to pay for the Camry at Budget. The customer service and hospitality at Enterprise was a night and day difference compared to Budget. At Budget, the lone employee was unable to even provide an address for the location alleged to have a vehicle. At this Enterprise location, on top of their excellent and hospitable customer-service skills, they were also able to clearly answer my questions and address my concerns, all with a smile. Pick up and drop off was simple as can be. No hidden charges, the vehicle was fully functional, 99% clean upon pickup, and 100% satisfactory for our needs. They helped turn a rough morning into a positive experience, I'd be happy to use their services again.

  Wife and I were picked up by Enterprise employee at service shop where our private vehicle was being repaired. She was extremely polite, professional, and superb Customer Service. We didn’t wait at all for anything. She even called the next day or two just to make sure we were happy with the rental. We had the unfortunate luck of being rear ended and needing repairs. Enterprise made our unfortunate situation turn out to be a great and pleasant experience.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise, especially thanks to Sierra. After my daughter’s car accident, I was dealing with a stressful and emotional situation, and Sierra went above and beyond to make the rental process as smooth as possible. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating to my needs during a difficult time. Sierra took the time to answer all my questions, explain my options, and ensure I had the right vehicle without adding any extra stress to the situation. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. Customer service like hers is rare, and I am truly grateful for the support she provided. Thank you, Sierra, for turning a challenging experience into a positive one. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone as dedicated and caring as you on their team!
