    Gary at AutoZone went above and beyond helping me with my AC. The dealership told me it would cost thousands of dollars to replace the whole AC system, but Gary took the time to help me understand what was going on and got my air working again with a simple can of refrigerant. He was kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!

    I needed new wiper blades as it was drizzling outside. I tried my best to be self sufficient in selecting new blades and installing them myself, but the store Manager, Gary, insisted that helping me would be no bother. He easily returned the blades I purchased (of course I got the wrong size), went with me out to the car, installed my new ones, and then ushered me back inside to complete the transaction. He didn’t want to start the transaction until we knew exactly which blades were needed. I so appreciated Gary’s patience and kindness in helping me. The world needs more customer service from people like Gary.

    Save your time. Customer service at this location is disappointing. Assistance with simple requests, such as installing an engine air filter or cabin air filter, was not provided. Many customers purchase filters separately to save $20–$30 compared to having them replaced during an oil change, so basic assistance with installation is often appreciated. Unfortunately, that level of service was not available here. Other AutoZone locations have been much more helpful and customer-focused. At this location, it feels like customer service only matters when there is a larger sale involved. If your purchase is under $50, don’t expect much assistance. Very disappointing experience compared to other AutoZone stores.

    Went to AutoZone for battery issues. My experience began on the phone talking to Gary the manager who explained the possibilities of the problem including a battery replacement. From there I drove in and he personally walked me through the options, pricing and performed the installation himself. Can't say enough about this specific store and the manager who makes it outstanding! I'm going back to get a new air cabin filter!
