  The call to change my appointment to 'in shop' was an easy phone call and the staff at Mundelein facility were excellent! The damage was evaluated and it was decided that it could be repaired. The job was done and on my way in under an hour.

  I had a great experience. I was able to schedule my appointment online. It was easy and straightforward. I dropped off my car at the designated time, and the wonderful woman running the counter called me when my vehicle was ready. I was very pleased with how quickly and professionally my windshield was replaced. I highly recommend Safelite for your windshield and window repairs.

  Great service from the tech Christoper but text messages & email horrendous misleading I was told less than 2 hours before my appointment that they needed to reschedule because the windshield was not in. Why do you make appointments with out the parts in hand? Twenty minutes later Christoper calls and tells me that he will be on time and he had the windshield in his van. So what was the phone call for before about I don't know and I do think safelite did either. Great service terrible communication.

  Christopher, the installer was the best part of the whole transaction. The people I had to speak to on the phone. The absolute worst part of the transaction, very unaccommodating and not very intelligent of what they were talking about. I was told my vehicle wasn't a current body style two thousand twenty three ford bronco, still a current body style. And i was told that I had to reschedule my appointment 2 hours before my appointment. Because the glass didn't show up. I don't know how many companies make a appointments. When they don't have the product in stock. Seems foolish and inconsiderate of anyone's time and schedule. Once again, the technician christopher was awesome.Very professional and very accommodating, that was the best part of the whole experience.

  Absolutely terrible customer service. There is no way to talk to an actual human just to get simple updates. You just get automated systems and AI when all we had was a question that would take an actual human 1min to answer. Was faster to waste time driving to the shop to get a question answered as opposed to dealing with computer runaround for 10mins only to finally get a person on the phone only to realize they're in some call center somewhere and than they waste 10 more minutes to also not get us an update on a vehicle status that was supposed to take 2hrs to fix but was now at the 4hr mark. Absolutely shameful.
