Guys replaced the windshield in my car. The scheduling process was great with all the right questions asked and answered. My car was immediately taken into process after I arrived at a scheduled time. Car was ready as planned and I was notified. Taking car from the facility was also very easy

Disappointed with communication and coordination. Ordered glass last week, was quoted a price for home installation, which was essential to choosing this business. On the day of the service, I was informed that I would have to have the car taken to a service center for the glass replacement, as it was a two person job. Ended up taking it to the service center after managing to get out of work to accommodate their request, and I’m met with an additional $35 charge that needs to be paid above what I was quoted. When I asked the lady at the front desk what the charge was for, she couldn’t give me a solid answer, and when I explained that I was hoping for some kind of reimbursement due to the inconvenience placed on me, she said they don’t offer any discounts, and that the home installation was a free service, so it wouldn’t cost less to have it done in store. Requested a refund and went back to work, not the price or the service that was advertised online.

I had safelite out to replace my windshield. A minor screw loose affected my wiper so I brought it back to their shop. I came early but Andy still jumped on the issue and fixed it quickly. They even threw a new wiper in. Great customer service and fast.

I recently got a crack in my windshield, and after my partner recommended Safelite, I decided to book an appointment. I’m so glad I did!! My technician, James, did an incredible job repairing my windshield. The crack is filled so well that I can barely even tell it was there. I was honestly amazed by the quality of the repair. I also want to give a special shoutout to Cherie at the front desk. She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely fun to talk to. Her positive personality is absolutely infectious, and she made the entire experience even better. To top it all off, my repair was finished about 15 minutes earlier than the 45-minute time estimate they gave me. Great service, excellent workmanship, and outstanding customer care! Thank you so much to the entire team for making this such a positive experience. I highly recommend the Mundelein Safelite location—11/10! I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need your services again. You made one very happy customer today! 🫶🏻😃 Happy Friday! 🥳
