  Always love coming here! Techs are friendly and amazing. Every one of them has been a pleasure to work with. I don’t feel as thought they are dishonest and the work is done quickly nd efficiently.

  This used to be my go to spot for oil change, that ends today. I have 3 cars total, 1 company car and 2 personal that I bring in every 3 months. Earlier in the year I brought in the work car to have an oil change done, it normally takes 15-20 mins to get in and out. That day it was taking a long time, at around 45 mins I asked what was going on, to which I was told that they were waiting for Enterprise to accept the charge. I told them that I would just pay out of pocket, they told me to just go, but the tech seemed upset. I hadn't returned until today, when I said, maybe it was a one-time thing. Here is the scenario; there is a cargo van in the first bay, the other two service bays have a chain across and there is a pickup truck behind me. I get out and ask the tech, "are the other bays open?". He responds, "I'm only one guy". I think he thought I was pushing him, but I was actually just trying to figure out which lane I should position myself so I didn't lose my place. He seemed to get it after a couple of back and forths, but I just left. Wont be coming back anytime soon.

  Im a fan. They change out exhausted light bulbs for the front far and near headlights and the livense plate light bulbs!!! Just call ahead to see if they have the part particular to your vehicle and the price because different locations have different taxes

  This Grease Monkey location is fantastic! We've been visiting this location since it's inception and have not once been disappointed. I took my Highlander in this week and again was so happy leaving! The GM is fantastic!!! He is super friendly and very knowledgeable. He understands budgets and what is needed now V what can wait until the next time. Life is expensive right now and being understanding of that for his clients is what makes his clients come back and back.

  Grease Monkey made my oil change quick last week. Lucio took care of me and honestly went above and beyond. friendly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was good the whole time. You can tell he actually cares about the customer experience, not just getting you in and out. Service was fast, professional, and done right. Definitely coming back because of him
