  I made a reservation for a 12-passenger vehicle more than two weeks before a planned trip. On the Monday before pickup (a Friday), I went in person to confirm details and adjust the pickup time to Friday evening instead of Saturday morning. Staff confirmed the reservation. At 3pm on the day of pickup — just two hours before my 5pm appointment — I got a “courtesy call” telling me no car would be available. We had already made non-refundable living arrangements around this trip. When I asked how this could happen with a confirmed reservation, I was told reservations are not a guarantee, and that this was exactly why they were calling ahead so I could make other arrangements — with two hours’ notice, for a vehicle type that typically requires weeks of lead time to book elsewhere. When I understandably became upset on the phone, the representative told me that raising my voice wouldn’t change anything, said they had no car, and ended the call. I then contacted Enterprise’s corporate office, where I was told this was a serious matter and that someone from logistics would call me back. That call never came. If a reservation isn’t actually a guarantee, it’s not clear what it’s worth. Between the last-minute cancellation, the dismissive treatment on the phone, and the corporate follow-up that never happened, I can’t recommend relying on this location for any trip where you actually need the vehicle you booked.

  I can’t say enough about the superior customer service Jorge provided during my reservation. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and completed without any issues. The vehicle was also very clean and well-maintained. Jorge went above and beyond by taking the time to walk me through the features I would need during my trip. His attention to detail and willingness to make sure I was comfortable with the vehicle really stood out. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I’ll definitely be back next month for my next trip. Thanks again, Jorge, for the outstanding customer service!
