- JSJulie Stanart4 days ago1.0Vehicles are in bad shape; I had to exchange my first vehicle due to the vehicle not running properly. When trying to reach out to my local facility, nobody answered the phones, not once. I had to take time out of my schedule to physically go into the store to speak with a representative. I was on a timeline with my insurance and it could not wait. On the second vehicle, a rep gave me a key (he had already started the vehicle). I left to run errands and when I returned to the vehicle to start it up, it would not start. He gave me the wrong key. I was stranded for approximately 30 minutes. I was unable to get through to the facility, therefore, having to contact my husband to go to Enterprise to notify the rep of what happened. Did not receive the full amount of the $50 deposit that I was told I would due to the rep’s error. There’s more but I feel this post is long enough. Will not be returning.
