I only got half my deposit back because apparently the contract had to be rewritten on the first of the month. No one contacted me about this. I texted every week to let you know about the progress of my car and/or if I still needed the rental for another week. I was paying out of pocket after 2 weeks because my insurance allowance only covered so much. I have been renting from you for over 10 yrs. I am extremely disappointed. The gentleman i dealt with the whole time was nice and respectful, but I will not be using your business again. I feel like I was scammed.
