  10 stars if I could. I've been to this store many times in the last few months to purchase different parts for my car and always have the best experience working with Zack. He has been nothing short of amazing every time I have come in and is very knowledgeable when it comes to car parts. He has taken the time to answer any questions I've had along the way with the best attitude and for that reason this is always the store I come to when I need any thing for my car. Thank you Zack for all your help and hope you are recognized by your management for providing the best customer service!

  I visited this store today after my van's battery died and I received possibly the best service I have experienced in decades. The staff asked me to bring my van up to the front of the store and as I tried to start the car I found the battery had completely failed, before I could run back in one of the employees had already run out to help jump the van. After I brought the van up front, he worked on replacing the battery in sub-zero temperatures for about 20 minutes because the positive node was so corroded and would not disconnect. Unfortunately, I can't recall the employee's name (Carlos was his manager) but he went above and beyond in pretty terrible conditions. I will be happily returning to the Mt Prospect AutoZone in the future and really am thankful for the help and service they provided today.

  My auto part needs are rare and very basic, still AutoZone has always been helpful. Today I had the good fortune to work with Don as I shopped for a battery maintainer (“trickle charger”). After driving around for 30 minutes to recharge a jumped battery, I headed to AutoZone. As I was ready to leave, my battery again died. Don spent several minutes working with me on a cold day to restart my car even though I hadn’t even made a purchase. Ultimately the car needed to be towed but Don’s efforts were greatly appreciated!
