They were super nice and turned my bad experience into a great one. I will be sure to keep them in mind the next time someone rear ends me. Also, will be recommending them to anyone else in need even if it means driving a little further. It was well worth the extra few miles to get the customer service I needed. Also, their office smelled 100x better than East Peoria’s location!

- TSTracie SuterJun 19, 20261.0I only put 1 star because I can't put ZERO. I rented not one, but 2 vehicles on June 5. I waited for almost 2 hours, even spoke with the area manager (Alec) who told me he was trying to find me a vehicle. I left with NO cars. And Alec didn't even call me back to apologize. No phone call from the branch manager at all. Then I asked the area manager's supervisor (Darius) call me and after 2 weeks, I still have not heard from him. I was told by Alec that for my inconvenience, he was adding 3 free days into my account but that still hasn't happened. I have called no less than 6 times to resolve this. DO NOT RENT FROM MORTON ENTERPRISE. I watched multiple people in the course of 2 hours walk out without a car, even though they had reservations. EVERY SINGLE TIME I rent from there, there is an issue. The week before this debacle, I rented a Grand Jeep Wagoneer and I got into it, the windshield was so full of bugs I could not see and there were cheese and crackers and candy on the floors in the backseat. It is awful, terrible service.
