  0/5 I now have to miss a day of work because this location. How are you gonna take my reservation, accept, CONFIRM IT, then tell me you don't actually have cars available not long before im supposed to pick it up, and then tell me you'll call me back closer when you got the cars you were expecting before you close, only to not call me at all, not send me an email, not cancel my reservation, not tell me you weren't gonna do your job. Lucky for me when I get to show up to find out you closed and that my reservation meant nothing 🤷. Don't go here. They do not care about customers or their time.

  The staff at the Morton location was absolutely amazing!!! Kevin is very good at what he does and even suggested a larger vehicle for my family to accommodate us. Grace picked us up with our rental and was so nice and showed amazing customer service. My daughter was involved in an accident and they made this whole mess a lot easier to navigate and I could think them enough.

  I recently needed assistance with a rental unit while my motorhome was being serviced. Kevin delivered a vehicle to me promptly and was very professional and helpful. Definitely will be using this company again. Whole process went without any problems. Thank you Kevin and Enterprise!

  I can’t say enough good things about this Enterprise location. I travel for work, and I was in a tough situation when I needed a rental immediately. Every Enterprise around me was booked for the next three days, and it seemed like I was completely out of options. Kevin went above and beyond to make something happen. Even though there weren’t any vehicles available, he took the time to work through the situation instead of just turning me away. Because of his effort and determination, I was able to get the car I needed and continue working. Joe was also incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They both treated me with respect and genuinely cared about helping. I also want to say something to anyone reading reviews before visiting: please be patient and kind with the employees. Most Enterprise locations are working with limited staff and a limited number of vehicles. The employees don’t control how many cars are returned or how many reservations come in each day, but they do everything they can to help. A little patience and understanding goes a long way. Thank you, Kevin and Joe, for turning what could have been an incredibly stressful day into a positive experience. Customer service like yours deserves to be recognized, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me.
