I was contacted with an opportunity to come in earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was greatly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was excellent. The team clearly explained the replacement process, set expectations, and provided an estimated timeline for completion. Once the work was finished, my technician was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk me through the completed work and explain what I should and shouldn’t do following the windshield replacement. He also answered several additional questions I had and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Great communication, friendly service, and an excellent overall experience from start to finish. The Morton Grove Safelite has definitely earned my business and will be my one-stop shop for any future auto glass repair or replacement needs. Thanks to the entire crew! Keep up the great work!

The initial installation on Tuesday went smoothly, but once I got home, I noticed a minor manufacturer defect in the glass. I brought the car back on Friday, and Carlos had it replaced while I waited. When unexpected issues arise, having a responsive and helpful representative makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

David was professional and the team installing the glass didn’t damage my car or get it dirty. It was ready on time. They use Pinkerton replacement glass, which seems to be the best choice if it’s not factory glass.
