  I come to Grease Monkey for my oil changes and have always had great service. I had an issue with one of my tires and brought it in. Adam and Christian were both fantastic, fixed my tire and had me on my way in no time! Everytime I've been in everyone has been friendly and great. I'll continue to come back for my car needs.

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this Grease Monkey location. Our vehicle was on their property to have work done when a severe thunderstorm caused their large sign to fall onto our car, resulting in significant damage along the passenger side and a cracked passenger-side window. What has been even more disappointing than the damage itself is how the situation has been handled. Initially, we were told they would speak with their boss and we were led to believe they would work with us. The following day, however, management completely refused to take any responsibility or meaningfully work toward a resolution, simply referring to the incident as an “act of God.” Our experience with Adam in management was especially disappointing. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to work with us regarding the damage to our vehicle. We understand that the storm itself was out of their control, but the way a business handles a situation like this says a lot about its ownership and customer service. Our car was in their care on their property when their sign fell onto it, and instead of trying to help a customer resolve the resulting damage, they have refused to take ownership of the situation. Very disappointing experience with management and customer service. We will not be using Grease Monkey again and would strongly recommend others think twice before doing business with them.

  Adam and crew are top notch in my book. Took care of me without hesitation. Glad this place is close to home because I’ll keep coming back. Thanks again Adam!

  Truly a great shop. Adam is a great professional in his trade and very honest & upfront and nothing short of a miracle worker helping me get my 1999 Chevy Tahoe back working order they also hold military members to the highest regard so I would highly recommend my brothers and sisters coming here over anywhere in the surrounding area be understanding they are morally and legally obligated to tell you of an issue big or small

  5 min of waiting and watching grown men throw fits and slam stuff around while i waited, bad energy, $400 quote for oil change and fuel filter. Needless to say I didnt let anyone there work on my truck or attempt to drive it in the bay. how Embarrassing
