  Excellent location to rent from, always speedy service with courtesy employees and professional attitude. Frank & the rest of the crew are top notch. I rented a Chrysler Pacifica like usual and ran perfectly like always

  Enterprise is horrible. They tell you to leave your car in front of people's houses and they get towed for leaving them there. Un believable. Thwy need to find a bigger place. Too many accidents around their building.

  I made a reservation three weeks in advance to ensure my family and I would have a vehicle we needed for our vacation. The day before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, they called and said they do not have that vehicle available. They offered me something smaller than what I needed or a large 15 passenger van. Neither one of these options would suit my needs for our long trip. I made multiple calls to Customer Service and to the branch and received no call back from area managers. The bridge gave no assistance after their minimal solution to their mishap. Every time I reserve a large SUV, there is always this type of situation. Hence, why I made my reservation three weeks in advance. This type of service is unacceptable and will not be using them in the future. Poor Customer Service by this branch, unless you are renting a tiny car.
