  I made a reservation three weeks in advance to ensure my family and I would have a vehicle we needed for our vacation. The day before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, they called and said they do not have that vehicle available. They offered me something smaller than what I needed or a large 15 passenger van. Neither one of these options would suit my needs for our long trip. I made multiple calls to Customer Service and to the branch and received no call back from area managers. The bridge gave no assistance after their minimal solution to their mishap. Every time I reserve a large SUV, there is always this type of situation. Hence, why I made my reservation three weeks in advance. This type of service is unacceptable and will not be using them in the future. Poor Customer Service by this branch, unless you are renting a tiny car.

  Life safety issue with sidewall of tire. Enterprise said swap it out in Gainesville Florida. Wild goose chase. No car. They called locally to repair the tire. No bueno. Easter Sunday. Enterprise said we have a car for you in Athens Georgia. Pick it up tomorrow at 11 am. Mindy the "manager" at moriss didn't call me back after 5 calls. Andrew site manager said he was gonna eat the extra day. Nope. Stayed in hotel in Athens Tennessee overnight awaiting a car swap out available at 11 am. Hot dog size side wall bubble. Manager in Athens Tennessee said don't worry enterprise will cover the hotel. And for me to talk to the manager when I returned it. Nope. Zero credibility with these folks.

  Got to the location after minting a rental in advance just for them to not have a vehicle for me on the day I leave for my trip

  Booked a rental months in advance just to get To the Morris location and find out they have no vehicle for me. Completely unprofessional
