  This was an exceptional car rental experience. My husband and I are traveling on our motor yacht completing American Intracoastal Waterway, the 'Great Loop' for fellow boaters. We planned to stop at a dock in Ottawa, IL and rent a car to visit friends. However, Enterprise was 26 miles away in Morris. We called and they said no problem, we'll come and pick you up!! That's above and beyond! We interacted with Frank, the store manager, as well as two associates, Josh and Charlie. Completely professional and personable. Pleasant conversation while completing business efficiently. Customer service is key at this Enterprise! And when we returned the car the next morning, they gave us a ride back! What a lovely experience. Thank you!

  worst experiance EVER!! I have NEVER been Treated so Bad - I CHOOSE Not to have a credit Card - You Guys SAY thats not a problem, Debit card is Fine then Waist my time and money making me come down then telling me sorry, too bad. as if Im Garbage for making the consious choice to avoid credit card debt

  Absolutely horrible place rented the car out of underneath my friend as he was standing there because it took him few extra minutes to get a form he needed to rent the car unprofessional and not acceptable no wonder the rating here is so low in the first place

  I rented their Chevy Equinox & it was great. Drove great & was a great car to me & my family. I forgot the guys name I dealt with (Frank I believe) but nonetheless he was great as well. An overall great experience for me!
