I missed a few oil changes my oil was very low and the first person I talked to I did not catch his name he said let me check with my manager to see what we can do and that's when I met Anthony and he told me what we needed to do which was a full system flush which was $44.99 I said go ahead and do it because it's cheaper than getting a new engine in the car. after it was done I asked him if he could explain everything to me again and he was very professional and took the time to explain to me exactly what was being done. and it was a very fair price it was a great price for everything they did! if you need an oil change I highly recommend going to the Strickland Brothers in Montgomery Illinois..

Turns out the drain plug was not properly tightened and the washer was not replaced. That’s basic work that should never be missed. This could have caused serious engine damage if I hadn’t caught it. I had to clean up oil from my garage and deal with the stress of wondering if my car was safe to drive. I expect better attention to detail and accountability from a shop handling something this simple. I won’t be returning.
