- SMSharay MaysApr 24, 20261.0Went into the Mavis on hill street in Montgomery and service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The sales clerk Richie that’s what he said his name was was the worse. My tire pressure light came on so I went in to see what the problem was. He asked for my keys pulled my car into the garage and 5 min later he said he was done. Told me that he put air in the tire to bring the PSI back to where it should be. He never checked my tire. I asked him did you check to make sure nothing was wrong with the rim? Did you check to make sure there weren’t any gashes or nails in the tire? He assured me everything was good. Mind you my car was only back there 5 min. He gave me my keys and I told him I wa sure he didn’t check my car the proper way. I went out to my car visually checked my tire and sure enough there was a nail in my tire. I was appalled because he clearly said he checked it and nothing wa wrong. I was pissed. I told him I was definitely going to write a review and reach out to corporate which he said they didn’t have a corporate office. Me being a woman and what if I had a blow out after being told nothing was wrong with my tire. His services were horrible and the bad thing about it he didn’t care at all
