  Came in with multiple dashboard lights on. Service was fast and efficient, repair was made and reasonably priced. Everyone I spoke to was great. I felt I could trust them and no sales pressure. A week later, car runs great and no issues. Kyle, the assistant manager was very helpful!

  Belle Tire in Oswego is worth the drive and every pennie!!! I had an amazing experience from the time I walk in the door until I left. Very professional and caring men!! Special thanks to Manager he is a sweet soul may god bless them all for serving our community💜

  Went there for some work thay another place told me I needed. They looked at it and said I didnt and told me what was really wrong...I was willing to have them do all thay work and spend money but they were honest. Big help from John the new store manager and his mechanic Alex...good dudes

  I went there cause I needed air in my tires. They had a sign that said pull up for full service air. I did and a nice young man name Kristen filled up my tires and told me to go inside cause the thingy was low. I went inside and talked to John and he told me that my tires were wearing down and told me I will need new tires soon. He showed my why I needed them and gave my a quote for 4 tires and he didn't make me feel like I was going to die if I don't get tires today. They were all honest and made me feel like they care because of that when I buy it will be from there. I wish more stores would be like this one. Thank you Kristen and John.

  If I could rate them 1 star I would I just replaced my tires this winter I went for a rotation they attempted to say I needed 3 out 4 tires I asked them did you look at dot code? I asked for the tread number of course they wouldn't tell me cause my tires are fine with 90 percent tread and Not worn I've been around cars my entire life and my significant other is a mechanic (he just didn't have time to do it ) do not trust belle tire they are liars and even had enough courage telling me I'm a girl I don't know what I'm talking about if you need a good mechanic honestly go to Dave's auto in Newark il he's the most honest you will get I really hope corporate sees this
